  • Bradley Smith
    Sales Manager

    Where I live: Spring Grove

Some things to know about meI went to work for Congressman Todd Platts for several years after graduating from York College. I left there for an exciting opportunity helping foster development in downtown York as the Executive Director at Main Street York, Inc., an economic development non-profit. I got into the car business at Lots for Less, first in sales in Hanover, then as Finance Director at Lots for Less York. I moved over to Lehman Volvo York, where I was Sales Manager for nine years, before joining the Hanover Auto Team in January 2015.

Why I love being part of Hanover Auto TeamIt's truly a great group of people!

What I do for fun: I enjoy spending time with my family whenever possible.

  • Bobby Beam
    Parts Manager

    Where I live: Hanover

Some things to know about me:
I graduated from North Carroll High School in Hampstead, Md. in the mid-1970s (1976 to be exact). After school I enlisted and served four years in the US Air Force. I got married and had two children -- a daughter, Kathy, and a son, Robby. They both now live in Texas. During the 80's and 90's I did a bunch of different jobs in sales and parts and got under the hood a good bit as a mechanic. I worked at several Maryland dealerships before coming to Hanover in 2006 to work at what was then Liberty Nissan (before we became Hanover Nissan as part of Hanover Auto Team). I eventually became Service Manager, and recently moved over to the role of Parts Manager.

Why I love my job at Hanover Nissan: It's fun to be a part of bringing all of the different "stores" (dealerships) together and trying to get the whole thing to gel. Merging the past dealership in with the new, and helping our customers in a professional and courteous manner... that's what I love about coming to work at Hanover Auto Team!

What I do for fun: I spend as much time as possible on my Harley! I belong to the "God Bless America Motorcycle Color Guard," a group of like-minded motorcycle riders who show respect to our country and the veterans who sacrificed to make this a great country.

  • Frank Fuhrman
    Service Manager

    Where I live: Abbotstown

Some things to know about me: After graduating high school I served in the United States Air Force for six years, where. I learned various vehicle mechanical skills. When I left the service, I was hired to be the technician for the new Lots for Less, which was just then opening in York. After that, I moved over to Hanover Toyota. I was asked to become a Service Advisor after four years in the shop, and I had fun doing that for five years before heading down the road to head up service here at Hanover Nissan. Since joining Hanover Auto Team, I've gotten married, bought a house and had two boys.

Why I love my job at Hanover Nissan: Getting to build a team with my technicians is great. I get to work with good people!

What I do for fun: Family-time with my wife, Kathi, and our two young boys, and working with Peck Motorsports NASCAR truck team.
